What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across a range of roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
- Use ATS systems and sourcing tools to drive efficiency and results
- Help shape the candidate experience and employer brand
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in tech recruiting (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with technical roles and terminology
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
