Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing. · Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements. · Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers. · Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management. · Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties. · Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner · Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives. · Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting. |
