Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
|
· Scans and inputs data relevant to products to reflect on transport manifests for each invoice. · Edits changing manifests due to route, driver, or delivery changes. · Coordinates with vault team to notify of issues relating to labels, tag accuracy, and compliance issues. · Maintains inventory accuracy during manifest process, utilizing Metrc and Leaflink. · Expected to participate in small to medium special projects and tasks both individually and in support of a small team. · Places all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area to prepare for packing. · Keeps all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans. · Communicates to manager of any potential compliance issues before an order is manifested. · Assists with continuous improvement activities and projects assigned by manager. · Performs other duties as assigned. |
