SUMMARY
Bites & Brews - located within 814 Lanes and Games is looking for a bartender that will provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our bartenders will be able to serve classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with the guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven working experience as a server/bartender.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Relevant training certificate.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a bartender preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
