Responsibilities :
- Identify prospects and make sales calls
- Determine, negotiate, and secure profitable rates when closing sales opportunities
- Manage daily shipments activities and ensure superior customer service
- Develop and maintain carrier partnerships that support best solutions for your customers.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends
- Manage acquired accounts while continuing to focus on growing your book of business.
Requirements :
3 years of freight brokerage experience is required
Sales-oriented and hard-working
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
