What You’ll Do
- Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of medium-to-enterprise sized businesses.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
- Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
- Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
- Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
- Serve as a technical resource to other departments.
- A minimum of 3-5 years managing paid advertising programs.
- Thorough understanding of various eCommerce and Retail Media advertising tool sets such as Amazon, Google, and Criteo.
- Experience with third-party platforms like Pacvue, Skai, Feedonomics, and/or Helium10.
- Experience managing and optimizing product data feeds.
- Familiarity with Walmart Ads, Instacart Ads, Target Roundel Media, or other retail media platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
- Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, or similar.
- Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or other means.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
- Certifications in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.
- Familiarity with Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
- Remote Workplace. You have the option to work at our office in Boston or remotely in the following states: MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, NY, NJ, NC, TN, FL, IL, MO, TX, UT, AZ, CA, ID, PA, and CO.
