Location: Remote, with weekly travel to client sites as required (up to 80%). Candidates should be based near a major airport in the contiguous 48 states.

Salary: $215,000 - $250,000 base, with potential total compensation of $311,750 - $362,500 inclusive of performance-based incentive compensation. Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with senior client leaders and internal teams to design and implement strategies that achieve and exceed business objectives.
• Manage complex strategy projects in the healthcare sector, focusing on both payor and provider challenges to help stabilise and grow client operations.
• Lead a team of consultants, fostering continuous learning and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, with a deep focus on the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in leading complex consulting projects with healthcare providers such as hospital systems, health plans, and integrated delivery networks.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, impactful communications and presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in talent development, with a commitment to diversity and team building.
