Salary: $215,000 - $250,000 base, with potential total compensation of $311,750 - $362,500 inclusive of performance-based incentive compensation. Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

- Lead a team of consultants, fostering continuous learning and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, with a deep focus on the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in leading complex consulting projects with healthcare providers such as hospital systems, health plans, and integrated delivery networks.
