Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated safety professional to join our team and fill the role of Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of our safety consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and safety outcomes.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create strategic plans and set operational goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and performance.
- Deliver training and support to staff to foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
