Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Account Executive is a full-time position responsible for prospecting new business, building a robust pipeline, cultivating relationships, and utilizing a consultative sales approach to close sales. This is a remote position, working from home with periodic office visits. The Account Executive will hold themselves accountable to continuously learn and grow, while:
- Building a strong pipeline through effective lead generation and prospect techniques.
- Prospecting small-to-medium sized businesses in market area by conducting meetings, setting goals, and implementing weekly prospecting behaviors.
- Evaluating prospects’ business needs to suggest appropriate advertising packages.
- Cultivating relationships with business owners and senior executives through face-to-face meetings and written communication.
- Collecting clients’ accounts receivables and updating system regularly.
- Maintaining relationship with the production department to ensure timely delivery for all clients.
Qualifications
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
- 1 years of sales experience, with some media sales preferred
- Proficient in interpersonal skills, including both written and oral communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, who welcomes coaching and mentoring
