The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Compliance department on projects, audits, and reports. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator supports HR compliance.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Work with compliance to maintain I9s by assisting store managers with questions and problem solving.
- Work with associates with relocation requests.
- Answer calls, emails, and questions from associates.
- Coordination of state/federal and local labor law posters.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Associate Handbook.
- Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.
- Retain and enter THQ monthly incentives.
- Work to coordinate required government contractor reports such AAP, EEO-1 and Vets-4212.
- Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require any supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
The incumbent is in a busy office area and is faced with constant interruptions on a regular basis.
Physical Demands
This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that is scheduled 40 hours per week.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience
