This entry-level position is responsible for assisting the HRIS team with maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This includes daily maintenance tasks, creating and running reports to fulfill the needs of multiple departments and managers, importing daily files for current employee records, password resets and role maintenance of the My Info Web Portal. An HRIS Coordinator will audit and import daily new hires into the system. This role will be requested to assist with various system projects and upgrades and assist the Human Resources Department as needed.
Responsibilities
•Import and process daily new hires into the HRIS
•Import daily information for existing employees
•Handle password resets and role maintenance of the My Info Web Portal/end-user support
•Assist with reporting as needed for various departments/managers
•Assist as needed with various projects and tasks
•Assist the Human Resources Department as needed
Qualifications
•Basic Excel skills
•Word Processing
•Ability to multitask with attention to detail
•Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
•Ability to work independently
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
•Human Resource and Payroll System knowledge a plus
