We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with foundational experience in machine maintenance, gained through technical school, college coursework, or hands-on training. In this role, you will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery to support efficient and safe production operations. This position offers excellent growth potential for individuals looking to build a career in industrial maintenance.
Schedule: Monday through Friday with eventual Saturdays during our peak season 5:30 am to 2:30 pm
Pay: $17.50/hr monthly incentives up to $500
This is a full time position with full benefits after 60 conscutive days of work.
Responsibilities
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.
Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.
Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.
Audit daily checks.
Maintain safe work/machine environment
Qualifications
Able to read and write in their primary language.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Basic math skills
Salary : $18 - $500
