What are the responsibilities and job description for the Frame Puller Night position at 84 Lumber Company?
The full-time Frame Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling outgoing frame orders and hitting a minimum weight goal per year. This is a warehouse associate position that acts as a material handler, inventory associate, and forklift operator. Other duties include:
Loading and unloading freight such as lumber and/or building supplies.
Achieving a minimum weight goal per year (Year 1: 8,000 lbs/hour, Year 2: 9,000lbs/hour, Year 3: 10,000lbs/hour, Year 4: 11,000lbs/hour, etc.).
Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and caring for equipment.
Shrink control.
Forklift training, certification, and operation.
Communicating delays or discrepancies to management

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one
Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
