The National Sales Business Analyst is responsible for managing the bid process by collecting the necessary data, organizing and compiling it into a final bid submission. This position will work closely with the VP of National Sales.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
• Analyze and review finalized Bids.
• Organize data, report building updates, and manage all SharePoint files.
• Address all requests and communicate effectively with the sales team and National builders’ team.
• Maintain up to date pricing models.
• Train sales team members on customer software and vendor portals.
Qualifications
Competencies
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, verbal, or data driven instructions; deal with issues involving several variables in standardized situations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe and SharePoint.
• Familiar with various external customer/vendor portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge and understanding of residential building process.
• Familiar with bid processes and creating price models.
