This position involves working on the production floor, where you will assemble and prepare building material components according to supervisor instructions and blueprint specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble wall panels and roof/floor trusses using various tools and equipment.
- Verify dimensions of cut material by following supervisor's instructions and blueprint specifications.
- Use a hammer to place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.
- Follow prioritized production list and use assigned press stations to place and press plates on appropriate lumber.
