Come join an energetic and goal oriented team as treatment coordinator where you will be responsible for providing new and existing patients expert consultations by explaining the Doctor’s comprehensive treatment plan, insurance coverage and payment options to help patients understand how we can optimize their dental health.
Job description:
- Conduct consults with patients reviewing treatment plans, timelines, and finances.
- Coordinate with other specialists and help arrange appointments with specialists.
- Work with scheduling coordinators to optimize patient schedule and flow.
- Collect and post patient payments.
- Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely fashion, along with any necessary attachments.
- Patient advocacy- Educate patients regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options, including in-house lending and third-party lending. Partner with the Doctor and patient to facilitate the patient completing the treatment plan, uncover and address patient’s barriers for completing treatment. Alert the clinical team when the patient has clinical questions.
- Follow-up with patients to schedule open treatment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use Microsoft office word, Excel applications, Google docs and preferably Dentrix knowledge
- Dental insurance knowledge
- Enough clinical knowledge to discuss treatment plans with patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
