Primary Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Profits for franchise locations
- Mentor franchisees and their teams
- Assist the Franchise Department and Operations Team with upholding the 85C Bakery Café brand standards and deploying key initiatives at the field level
- Primary objective is to deliver outstanding food quality, food safety, and guest experience
- Assist in preparing reports for regular meetings with 85C Support Center and store franchisees
- Continuously guide the franchisee through providing follow-up visit reports documenting highlights of operations, areas of opportunity for improvement and recommendations as necessary
- Protects the 85C Bakery Café brand by identifying and addressing issues that may pose risks to guest experience and ensures brand standards are constantly met
- Lead new product rollout to franchisees, their leadership teams, and their store employees
- Train franchisees in each discipline (bread, cake, and drink) for a new store and ongoing mentoring
- Responsible to work within the guidelines established by franchise law to ensure maximum compliance and support franchisees defined in the 85C Bakery Café Franchise Agreement and the 85C Bakery Café FDD
- Requires time in the field visiting stores reviewing performance and compliance, as well as when needed for training and Grand Opening events for franchise and corporate stores
- Plan and schedule routine store visits and meeting with the store management for the purpose of operation improvements and brand compliance
Support other departments within Operations Services (Training & QSC) at the direction of the Operation Services Manager

- Well organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate programs and concepts to various audiences
- Ability to be able available and to work occasional evening and weekend hours as necessary, to meet business needs of franchisees
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Basic proficient with the MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Willingness to travel, including by airplane, as necessary. Up to 75% of time out of the local market. For new store openings, you may be needed to work at a remote location for up to two months at a time, multiple times per year.
Additional Compensation
- Performance bonus program based on franchise store performance in Customer Service, Steritech, and Sales
- Additional $4,200 pro-rated annual stipend (contingent on being certified in hard skills for bread, cake, and drink)
This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
