Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages or issues.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with prepping ingredients and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Adapt to menu changes and special requests from guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting.
