- Clean dishes, glassware, pots and pans, silverware and kitchen items
- Keep kitchen and dish room in a clean, orderly condition
- Set up stations with flatware, dishware, and glassware
- Ensure quality and sanitation standards are met
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of dishwashing and dishwashing machines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, twist, bend and lift
