Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide excellent service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with a calm and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
