Position Summary: The Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining accurate financial records. This role combines customer service, administrative tasks, and accounting responsibilities to support the hotel's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Assist with late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs.

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Provide concierge services, such as wake-up calls and local recommendations.

Financial Auditing:

Reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and other revenue streams.

Balance and close out the hotel’s accounts for the day.

Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review.

Administrative Duties:

Monitor room availability and update the reservation system.

Ensure all end-of-day tasks are completed by other departments.

Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing.

Security and Safety:
