A modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant set to open in the heart of Beverly Hills, lead by a distinguished celebrity chef.
We are looking for an experienced BOH staff to join the opening team.
Prep Cook
• Fully understand and embody a can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.• 2 years cook experience in a similar high-volume environment
• Committed to safety, sanitation, and good environmental practices in the workplace
• Flexible hours are required (AM prep shifts, weekends, holidays) or as agreed with your hiring manager
• Uphold standards & systems with daily food preparation.
• Executing consistently with all food prep activities before, during and after service.
• Completing kitchen tasks, including opening & closing duties, prep-list execution, station set-up and maintenance and cleaning

Food Safety Knowledge
Passion for Chinese Cuisine
Can Do Attitude
Basic Knife Skills
Flexibility With Hours Including Weekends and Holidays
Experience in High Volume Environment
Ability to Uphold Standards and Systems for Food Preparation
