We are seeking a proactive and organized Outreach Coordinator to develop and implement outreach programs that connect with our target audience. This role involves building relationships with community leaders, promoting our services, organizing events, collecting and analyzing data, developing marketing materials, and managing communications. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain partnerships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Promote Services: Advocate for the organization’s mission, services, and programs to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Organize Events: Plan and execute outreach initiatives, including trade fairs, media events, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect Data: Gather, analyze, and report demographic and outreach-related data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop Marketing Materials: Create press releases, brochures, and other materials to effectively communicate the organization’s message.
- Manage Communications: Oversee public relations, website updates, and social media presence to maintain consistent and strategic communication.
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or social services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
