Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Curation: Create and manage learning, curriculum, and content as part of a role based framework for Sales and Engineering, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Marketing, and Support) to gather inputs and refine content.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Integration: Analyze learning effectiveness, integrate feedback, and refine content to meet evolving needs and optimize learning outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and 12 years OR Masters Degree and 10 years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization
Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement and/or sales or direct engineering experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer success
This role is Broadcom office based—not available for remote work

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $182,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
