Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students and their families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their lessons.
- Manage and keep track of schedules throughout the evening to ensure that all students make it to their lesson times.
- Perform administrative tasks including leading new student tours and maintaining our composer buck/ prize closet system.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints or bring them to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting room areas.
- Manage very small snack bar menu (popcorn, gelato, hot coco).
Experience
- Background in music is preferred, love of music is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Friendly and welcoming personality.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
