Position Overview
Reporting to Colby Wren, the Digital Marketing Manager will design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to generate awareness, drive demand, and increase engagement with our target audiences. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure our messaging aligns with our brand, values, and business goals.
The impact you'll make :
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns across PPC, SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Oversee paid media efforts on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other audience-relevant channels
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful digital assets, including landing pages, blogs, and downloadable resources
- Design and launch compelling ad campaigns, leveraging experience in both agency and in-house environments
- Manage and execute strategies across all digital marketing channels to align with business objectives
- Monitor website performance, ensuring strong SEO practices with keyword optimization and high-quality content
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, measuring ROI and adjusting strategies to maximize results
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders
