Summary :
The Office Coordinator manages and ensures the smooth day to day operations of 8AM Golf. This position supports the staff of 8AM Golf.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties :
- Open the office before employees arrive, ensuring the office is stocked and organized
- Monitor office supplies and place new orders as needed
- Perform administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, printing, etc.
- Answer and screen telephone calls and emails and direct to relevant staff
- Coordinate catering for office staff, meetings, events
- Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate department
- Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming deliveries / mail
- Book meeting rooms & set up conference calls for staff
- Run errands for staff members, as needed
- Organize holiday parties and team celebrations
- Manage communication with landlord and work to set up handymen for office if needed
- Assist Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer with calendars and travel arrangements
