About the Role :
We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and will assist in evaluating our company’s personnel needs and help with recruiting efforts. In addition to creating job posts, reviewing applicants and creating job offers, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide assistance to new hires through their first steps at our company. The Recruiting Coordinator will make sure new hires have all the information they need to get off to a great start and feel both welcome and valued as newcomers.
Key Responsibilities :
Candidate sourcing : Posting job openings on various platforms, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and identifying qualified individuals
Candidate screening : Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and qualifications
Communication : Corresponding with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on application status, scheduling interviews, and answering inquiries
Interview coordination : Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Candidate assessment : Assisting with the evaluation of candidates during interviews, collecting feedback from hiring managers, and compiling candidate information for decision-making
Onboarding support : Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires by providing necessary paperwork, introductions to the team, assisting with onboarding orientations, and coordinating schedules
Data management : Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in the ATS, tracking recruitment metrics, and generating reports on hiring progress
Compliance management : Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, including diversity and inclusion practices, throughout the recruitment process
Requirements :
Proven working experience in recruiting or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate data and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
