Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Base pay is just one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. - Hybrid positions are only applicable to employees within a 35-mile radius of Provi offices
What you'll be doing
- Review contracts for billing setup
- Account and Billing setup in Netsuite/Stripe
- Generate Invoices and send to customers
- Process Payments
- Resolve any billing questions from Customers and Internal Teams
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales, to ensure the accuracy of billing information
- Help with month end close processes/reviews as needed
- Assist with Collections efforts including Customer outreach and follow up
- 2 years of billing experience; experience billing in Netsuite and/or Stripe a plus
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks
- Professional and customer service oriented
- Customer facing experience
