Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing person to manage our recruitment strategy for a high performing Real Estate Brokerage. The Talent Acquisition Manager works closely with the leadership team to develop and execute targeted, thoughtful and ongoing recruiting efforts that grow the company through best-fit real estate agents. This person will maintain a database of prospects; create distinct strategies that target different categories of agents; proactively reach out to agents to share the brokerage story, value propositions and develop relationships to bring agents into the organization.
Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Collaborate with President, Leadership and Managing Broker teams to recruit high performing agents.
- Create an overall recruitment strategy that targets various agent groups.
- Create a lead flow system for candidates including proactive outbound prospecting.
- Manage a CRM database of potential recruits.
- Utilize tools and software to stay in flow with agents that may be a fit for the organization.
- Leverage all communication channels to engage with high-performing agents, including social media, email campaigns, phone, direct mail, in-person meetings, Zoom etc.
- Create and maintain a genuine relationship with agents that are a good fit for the organization.
- Vet potential candidates that organically engage with the company.
- Manage the scheduling for Managing Brokers/leadership team to meet with high target candidates.
- Direct the successful onboarding of agents that join the organization.
Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Motivated and eager to help grow the brokerage.
- Proactive approach to recruitment.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and retention.
- Works well with different agent personalities.
- Will work in the Denver RiNo office, initially.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is desirable- not required.
