Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading daily construction tasks under the guidance of the Crew Foreman.
- Contribute to project progress and uphold safety standards on-site.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and tools daily.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and office staff to relay job information.
Crew Member Qualifications:
- - Valid Driver’s License, clean record
- - Basic construction knowledge
- - Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- - Team player
