What will I be doing?
Our Account Managers are the primary contact for clients following implementation. Our Account Managers help meet the needs of our clients by preparing reporting, resolving plan challenges, working with internal associates and external vendors to ensure our service excellence.

Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for meeting the needs of our clients following implementation, preparing renewal information, and acting as the primary liaison for the client and broker.
Duties
· Primary point of contact for all Clients and Brokers
· Responsible for responding timely to all emails from Clients, Brokers, and internal staff
· Research and resolve any Rx issues with the local PBM and International vendors
· Partner with Optimed to ensure the least amount of disruption to care and the best cost option
· Analyze the benefit plan and offer suggested plan design changes
· Handle all reporting requests, including specialized requests off the renewal cycle
· Prepare all reporting needed for the stop loss carrier (various timelines)
· Prepare cost summaries
· Work with SL carriers to get them all reports to finalize the renewal
· Notify applicable staff of any changes
· Request plan amendments as needed, partner with plan builder on benefit changes
· Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) with the Sales Person.
· Create necessary materials and present at employee communication meetings as needed.
· Create COBRA rates/or obtain them from the broker as applicable.
· Other duties as they evolve with industry changes
Experience
- Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
