What will I be doing?
Our Associates guide members through various healthcare product questions and process consumer driven product claims (FSA, HRA and Parking/Transit Benefits). Communication is largely by phone or email, however, our representatives may attend business functions or company healthcare information sessions as a part of our training and development plan. You will assist members in by explaining their benefits, solving claim concerns, addressing balance inquries or discrepancies, or helping them make educated decisions about how to use their benefit. You will strive first call resolution, and build strong, trusting relationships with our members and the broker community.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
· Experience with Consumer Driven Products – Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Transit and Parking Benefits preferred
- Adjudicate claims.
- Provide assistance to clients, brokers & members in high-volume Customer Service telephone queues.
- Process weekly check runs.
- Process Eligibility.
- Prepare employee materials and assist with CDHP client installation and renewals, which will include attendance of Company sponsored events/offsite health fairs/ client meetings before, during, or after regular work hours, if necessary, during potentially busy Open Enrollment period(s), or other high-volume times of the year.
- Assist in producing customized plan documents and amendments.
- Communicate renewal and new business internally.
- Maintain client files.
- Maintain a professional attitude with all contacts – clients, brokers, participants, and co-workers.
- Demonstrate flexible approaches to client’s requests/needs.

Do other qualifications apply to this job?
· A High School Diploma or GED is required with up to 1 year of previous experience in a customer service environment preferred OR college degree or any combination of education and experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, listening and computer skills
· Experience in research and resolution of high level/sensitive customer service issues
· Ability to work independently, take ownership, and pay attention to detail
- Occasional attendance of Company sponsored events or offsite health fairs during or after regular work hours
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong Customer orientation
- Ability to work well with others in a multi-task working in a team environment
- Strong PC skills with proficiency using email and scanning
- Ability and willingness to work on multiple database systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
