Summary
A Data Analyst Intern may gain exposure to and assist with:
- Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining analytic solutions leveraging centrally managed reporting tools
- Supporting existing analytic solutions
- Creating visually appealing reports and dashboards that intuitively present information
- Meeting with internal customers to develop project scope for analytic and research requests
- Working with end-users on self-service analytics including direct line support and training
Requirements and qualifications:
- Must be eager to learn and enjoy working in a team atmosphere
- SQL
- The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail and be self-motivated and driven in their work
- Must possess analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box
- Must be a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members
- Must possess the ability to think critically and a have willingness to learn
- Must have sound ethical judgment and the ability to be trusted to work with sensitive information
*This Summer Internship role will focus upon and require completion of a project for presentation to our technology leadership. The applicable project scope will be discussed during the hiring and onboarding process.
Interns will receive hands on training and experience to better understand our corporate atmosphere. The purpose is to bridge the gap between the academic setting and a future work environment.
