Human Resources (Compensation) Internship
Position Summary: Clayton offers a multitude of different opportunities through our Summer Internship Program. The Clayton Summer Internship Program challenges students to think critically and analytically within their field of study while allowing them direct, hands-on working experience.
Internship Program Details:
- Internships are paid, full-time, hourly positions.
- Internship dates are May 19th – August 8th 2025
- Internships include several professional development workshops and opportunities for networking with other interns across Clayton's various lines of business.
- Interns will facilitate a presentation of their Summer project to Clayton Senior Leadership at the completion of their internship.
What you will do:
- Assist HR Compensation team in gathering data to align job skills with job descriptions
- Help develop a process to maintain the job skills alignment with job descriptions across the Clayton enterprise
- Benchmark analysis across various groups to review compensation strategy
What skills you will learn or develop:
- Compensation design and administration
- Market benchmarking
- Hands on problem solving and collaboration
- Corporate total rewards strategy
- Job evaluation techniques
- Must be a rising junior, senior, or recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
