Licensing Coordinator
Licensing Coordinator Position Summary:
The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for processing all licenses for the Retail and Home Building Group divisions including all salesperson, city/county, dealer, and manufacturing facilities.
Licensing Coordinator Duties / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all renewals, terminations, transfers, and processing of new licenses deemed necessary by multiple jurisdictions.
- Responsible for opening new locations as well as handling all renewals for licensed parties for both divisions
- Basic accounting functions and tax calculations.
- Maintain licensing database in the BLM (Business License Management) cloud-based site where all licenses are stored.
- Heavy processing of payments in the Oracle payment system
- Heavy presence in Transaction Reporting System provided by the payroll database
- Performs extensive research when necessary
- Communicate with via telephone with multiple city/ county state representatives
- Other duties as assigned
Licensing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Highschool degree required, bachelors preferred
- 1-2 years of experience
- Experience in AS/400, Global, Content Manager, 10 Key and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ViewPoint and SQL preferred
- Problem Solving & organizational skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely
