Summary/Objective

The System Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize our Cloud environment and enterprise systems while delivering exceptional support to our team. This position will act as an escalation contact, implementing projects, and driving operational efficiencies.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and optimize Azure environment
- Administrator for Microsoft Entra, O365, and Exchange Online
- Manage enterprise applications and Intune or endpoint management
- Ability to leverage Power Automate and PowerShell scripting for automations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 3 years of proven System Administrator experience
- Proficiency or experience in working with cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google, AWS)
- Ability to script with PowerShell
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra and Intune
- Skills in managing Print Server and Printers
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Previous executive support is preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 50 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
