Summary/Objective
The Senior Manager of Titles will manage the Titles Department, leading strategic planning, and execution as well as annual, quarterly and monthly production forecasts. The individual in this role will need to be able to move easily between big picture and strategic thinking and operational problem solving. The role includes driving analytics that highlight and solve complex business situations. This individual will work cross-functionally with other departmental managers as a service-provider, and interact regularly with external sources such as clients, motor vehicle departments, and vendors as a service-recipient. A successful candidate works well with limited supervision, is confident in organizing their work to meet expectations of both internal and external stakeholders and demonstrates sound judgement when making decisions within their scope of responsibility. The Senior Manager of Titles will have an extensive title background. They must also possess the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment as this Company is geared for rapid growth.
Essential Functions
- Works with the titles leadership team to develop and implement system and operational workflow processes and enhancements to drive efficiencies for the titles team
- Knowledge of state specific title laws and requirements for obtaining repossession, duplicate, corrected, and redemption titles.
- Exercises appropriate judgement when making decisions within their scope of responsibilities.
- Oversees and coaches direct reports in the performance of their responsibilities, goal setting and KPIs. This includes issuing discipline and completing performance evaluations when required.
- Build partnerships with key business partners including Sales, Compliance, Finance and Operations Leadership to create transparency, collaborate on policies and goals and drive operational excellence.
- Experience selecting and managing third-party providers and establishing scalable operating models.
- Passionate pursuit of automation and efficiencies within a high-volume environment.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and developing plans to meet operations targets.
- Proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment under short timelines and competing priorities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with regular business hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position is primarily in office with limited option for remote work. Travel up to 20% could be required.
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e., business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
