Summary/Objective
Plays a crucial role in supporting the Vendor Relations department by assisting with various special projects, ensuring compliance, and managing daily operations to help streamline workflow. This position contributes to the department's ongoing development by handling compliance requirements, supporting risk mitigation efforts, and assisting with vendor-related tasks to ensure smooth and effective vendor relationships. The admin is also responsible for managing documentation, maintaining vendor records, and helping with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall vendor performance and reduce potential risks
Essential Functions
- Ensure Compliance Documentation: Verify that agents' compliance documents required for active vendor status are current. If any documents have expired, assist the regional team in addressing and updating them as necessary.
- Monitor LPR Recoveries: Review License Plate Recognition (LPR) recoveries to confirm whether the unit has been recovered. Ensure proper handling and documentation of each assignment.
- Manage Vendor Documentation: Collect, review, and maintain all vendor insurance certificates, licenses, bonds, contracts, and site inspections. Take corrective action when updates or remediation are needed.
- Review Storage Lot Compliance: Assess storage lots to ensure they are active and comply with the company's insurance and lot requirements.
- Ensure SLA Adherence: Monitor vendor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure vendors meet the agreed-upon terms and performance standards.
- Assist with Special Projects: Provide support to the Vendor Relations department with various special projects and tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Education and Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent related work experience
- Detail oriented, efficient and accurate data typing and research
- Strong functional understanding of the collateral recovery industry
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience preferred within agent reporting networks (i.e. RDN< MBSI)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
