The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, stay ahead of trends, and produce out-of-the-box content ideas that captivate audiences.
With 2 years of e-commerce experience, a candidate will focus on three key areas: social media content creation, email communication, and influencer management, while also supporting marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Daily content creation and planning: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored for multiple social media channels, with a particular focus on video content for TikTok.
- Trend monitoring and creative ideation: Stay ahead of social media trends and brainstorm innovative, engaging content ideas to ensure relevance and virality.
- Build and grow our TikTok channel with creative, engaging, and trend-responsive video content.
- Engage with online communities: Interact with followers and customers in a professional and personable manner to foster brand loyalty.
- Strengthen relationships with key influencers in the community and develop partnership opportunities.
- Support the creation of content for new customer campaigns, including collaboration with external creative agencies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a marketing assistant, with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles and content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to produce video content, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and identifying insights to optimize performance.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
