Shed sales associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Shed sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage a sales lot. As a shed sales associate , you will be the first point of contact for visitors, making your role essential in a successful sale.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing information about shed styles and options available.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sheds, ensuring safety for all guests.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing exceptional service at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Find the perfect fit shed for the customer weather it is on the lot or a custom built shed.
• Use our 3d software to design a shed to fit the customer's needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service; previous experience in sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while remaining professional and courteous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license is required; familiarity with buildings is an advantage.
