Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager in the water damage restoration industry, you will be responsible for leading and growing our sales department, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. You will oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring our team is well-equipped to deliver the best customer service and solutions for clients dealing with water damage, mold, and related emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and exceed performance targets.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders (including insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, and construction professionals), and expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role in the water damage restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of water damage restoration services, insurance processes, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing teams, and growing business in a competitive market.
