Pizza Customer Service

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers within the food industry, particularly in the pizza shop. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Duties

• Assist customers with taking orders, putting slices in the oven , handing out pizza and food items
• Keep tables in the dinning room clean , take out the trash, keep front counter clean
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding culinary products and food preparation techniques.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively to meet customer needs during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food industry setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is advantageous.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
