Job details
As the Facility Maintenance Technician, for our beautiful Salt Lake City office, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment.
This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems maintenance, carpentry, and general repairs.
What you bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance / repair or a related field is an asset.
- 5 experience required in a variety of technical skills related to maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Ability to use and maintain hand and power tools commonly used in mainte nance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions required.
- Physical fitness and stamina are important.
- Being meticulous and paying attention to detail is crucial.
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and possibly external contractors.
- Knowledge of safety protocols an added benefit.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to emergency situations is vital.
- Effective organization and time management skills a must.
