Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you are interested and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We are currently not hiring high school students!
Duties:
- Greet guests with a friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Assist with to-go phone calls and orders
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Be able to learn/use POS system
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required/needed
-Ability to stand and walk for long periods of times
