Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and friendly servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Be able/willing to serve in a fast paced Korean BBQ restaurant
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Be able to perform opening/closing duties
Requirements:
-Serving experience
- Mandatory paid training
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures or menu items
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
We are a restaurant that calculates wage based on tips base hourly pay
