Job Description:

Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for identifying and solving complex business process challenges? Join our dynamic team as a Professional, Business Process Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing our business workflows and processes supporting our New Markets & Government Solutions Team Product Management Team. You will be tasked with building the key metrics into our existing suite of products and will be working along side our Product Managers to develop Road Maps, Epics, stories and data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow and Process Optimization: Identify workflow and business process requirements, obtain necessary approvals, document processes, and provide training. Consider the business implications of workflows and processes in the current business environment.

• Business Process Evaluation: Conduct evaluations by interviewing internal and external customers to gain technical knowledge of business requirements.

• Problem Solving: Identify problems, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive solutions, test to confirm, gain consensus, and implement solutions for multiple processes within various functions.

• Reporting and Analysis: Create reports, research and analyze data, and report trends and vital information to management and business partners.

• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex problems and identify solutions within broad application and functional expertise.

• Mentorship: Mentor and advise less experienced Business Analysts, monitoring project status.

• Team Contribution: Actively contribute to team results and work towards achieving team goals and objectives.

• Expertise Utilization: Leverage the expertise of senior-level Business Analysts and additional resources to define complex business processes across functional areas.

• Process Improvement: Regularly make recommendations to improve department processes.

Job Qualifications:

• BS Degree required or equivalent work experience.

• 5 years of directly related experience as a business analyst.

• Proficiency in Tableau or other similar tools, SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint required.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills; analytical skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements.

• Has knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness.

• Experience with an Agile development environment highly desired.
