95 was founded in 2015 in the city of Buffalo, NY. Over the past 9 years we have opened 9 locations in the Buffalo area and are have now expanded to Rochester, NY with 4 locations out there.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all four Rochester stores located in, Victor, Greece, Henrietta and Downtown. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible delivering exceptional customer service, and helping customers lead healthier lives. The Assistant Manager must have excellent leadership skills, great customer service and confidence is their sales abilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations.
- Ensure a positive experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Support the District Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff.
- Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, including restocking shelves.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to conduct regular inventory counts and order replenishments as needed.
- Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Contribute ideas for in-store displays, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping and cash register management.
- Completes assigned company trainings.
