 The Work 

→  Building high-quality backlinks on time each month. 

This role’s main responsibility focuses on building backlinks aimed at growing our client’s presence on Google’s Search Engine Results page (SERP). 

This will involve: 

• Managing backlink orders from start to finish.
• Assigning a publishing site to each order based on order criteria.
• Generating articles for each order while following basic blog editing guidelines.
• Ordering links with publishers and maintaining communication on updates.
• Notifying your Team Lead (TL) and clients when publishers change deadlines to ensure alignment.
• Actively participating in team meetings and 1-on-1s.
• Sharing innovations and best practices with colleagues.
• Setting and achieving weekly goals to stay on track.

Qualifications:

• High School/GED
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not needed
• Experience in or able to learn:
  • Google sheets
  • Ahrefs (SEO software)
  • Slack (work communication platform)

• Knowledge of SEO marketing and blogging experience are both a plus!

Compensation and Hours

Starting Salary

• $10/hour
  • Raises determined yearly based on performance

Hours Starting Salary

• Hours are 20-25. 
• No full-time opportunities for this role at this time.

Location

• We are a Utah-based company, however, we follow ROWE, which stands for Results Only Work Environment. This means you can work whenever, wherever, and however you want as long as the work gets done. You get 100% autonomy from BASE – BASE gets 100% accountability from you. Unlimited vacation policy. No required in-office policy. 100% remote. 
  • Ideally looking for someone located in UT but will accept candidates from ID, WA, OR, TX, CA, AZ, CO, OH, IL, VA, or FL. We cannot accept applicants outside of these states. 
  • Optional to work in-office for UT-based applicants.
