We are currently hiring Campaign & Promotional Sales Coordinator to join our Cincinnati office. Our non-profit partners have given us exclusive rights to represent them in the local area, and to meet the requirements of our contract, we are expanding our Campaign & Promotional Sales Coordinator team immediately. The main objective of the Campaign & Promotional Sales Coordinator is to engage with potential donors at various community-based events.

- Engage with potential donors in the local community, educate them about our client's services and answer any questions they may have
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions tailored to their needs
- Travel throughout assigned territory to assist with promotional events
- Collaborate with fellow team members to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the event process
- Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurants or similar environment preferred but not required
- A natural people person
- Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships with community members, co-workers, and clients
- Entrepreneurial minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth
- Highly attentive, excellent listener, and exceptional organizational and time management skills
